The success of our cutting edge promotional marketing method has lead to the need to expand the program. For this year we have a two part strategy for expansion:
I) Geographical
We have five open markets that we that we are focused on expanding into.
II) Realizing the Dream
We are expanding in our geographical area and feel the best way to do so is to pass on our recipe for success to individuals who want to acheive the same level of success.
The end result is that we have several opportunities to fill in that geographical area.
The biggest challenge for our company right now is finding individuals that have the drive and determination to become successful. Although we have had an overwhelming response to our recruitment process, not everyone is cut out for this type of program. Because of the out of the box thinking that is necessary in this industry, previous management, marketing and/or sales experience does not necessarily translate to more value for our organization. We typically focus on three key characteristics:
I) People Skills
We typically look for an individual who is comfortable dealing with people in a marketing and/or sales environment. Potential leadership skills are an asset.
II) Applying what you learn
Our business is results driven. Very few people join our organization with all of the skills necessary to succeed in this industry. It is crucial that the individual learn and develop new skills quickly. We offer an environment where an individual can utilize what they learn every day.
III) Ambition
Our goal is to find individuals who want more out of a business than just a great income. We look for people who not only want more than they have right now but are also willing to do whatever it takes to achieve it. A clearly defined game plan, plus hard work equals success.
